I first met Emily via the magic of technology- she did homework, cooked dinner, and sat in on a meeting via video chat with her wedding planner, her mother and myself as we discussed the details of her photography package. That is major multi-tasking, and I was suitably impressed with her. Needless to say, when she and her equally impressive fiance Joe arrived on time for our 7 AM on a Sunday morning engagement session in the middle of the French Quarter, it became clear that this is a lady with whom one does not reckon. She and Joe are both in the United States Air Force- they live in Florida, and are planning their January wedding with the help of Emily’s mom and the fantastically capable Meredith Reed of Belle Soiree Weddings. They were in town for a whirlwind weekend of planning, and I feel lucky to have gotten a couple of hours of their time for the shoot. Kevin and I had a great time with them, and I can’t wait for Emily’s bridal session!
